(1) The University shall have an Executive Council consisting of the following members:–

(a) Vice-Chancellor Chairman

(b) Registrar Member

(c) Two members from among the Deans

(d) One member of the teacher representative nominated by the assembly

(2) The members as per clause (c) of sub-section (1) shall be members in turn according to the alphabetical order of the subject faculty.

(3) The term of office of nominated members shall be three years.
